The Renewal Center, located in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, is an all female half way house for women 18 years old and over. Women suffering from addiction have special needs, which must be met if they are to achieve and maintain recovery. Many times, their life history includes physical, sexual and emotional abuse and is defined by a series of dysfunctional relationships. It is important to give them a safe place to establish and strengthen healthy drug free lifestyles while they are in the early stages of recovery.
